We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we have the following cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.
Please note that we only provide refunds under the following circumstances:
- The Captain cancels the trip due to bad weather and it is unsafe to operate.
- The boat is out of action due to mechanical issues.
- The border is closed due to Covid and you are unable to travel.
If any of these circumstances occur, we will work with you to schedule the next available time, exchange for any other Wet & Wild activity, or provide you with a full refund.
Please note that if you get sick or have an accident, or if you are a no-show, you will not be eligible for a refund.
We recommend that customers consider purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. This will provide peace of mind and financial protection in case of unexpected cancellations.
